Hike the “Peaks of the Balkans” this summer!

The best way to experience Montenegro, Kosovo & Albania’s unforgettable combination of natural beauty and cultural richness is Peaks of the Balkans Trekking trail. The "Peaks of the Balkans" trek leads through one of the most remote and wild mountainous regions of the Western Balkans. By using shepherd paths and footways, the trail winds through high alpine mountains.
This Azmera Adventure will be both a hike and a spiritual journey. Crystal Boecker, a spiritual director, will lead our time of devotions, conversations, prayers, etc., making way for transformation.
*This is a non-subsidized hike open to Kingdom-minded women with intermediate to advanced hiking capabilities.
In 2022, a group of 6 women conquered Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest point in Africa, on our first Azmera Adventure. We look forward to hosting an adventure once a year. Some of our future hiking plans include; Machu Picchu in Peru, The Lost City Trek in Colombia, The Accursed Mountains of Albania, Montenegro, & Kosovo, Mount Kilimanjaro (again), the Milford Track in New Zealand, etc.
