    SPEAKER

    Peg’s passion is for living out her calling to teach and disciple women of all ages, whether through the spoken or written word. Peg leans on her years of “on-the-job-training” as a missionary in Kenya, counselor, bible study teacher, and Dean of Women at Arizona Christian University to share Jesus-relevant stories that draw women into deeper intimacy and a more secure identity in their Savior. Peg considers herself a simple woman with a simple message to which ladies everywhere can relate and be encouraged. Peg and her husband, a former 6′ 10″ NBA center for the Phoenix Suns, began FOCUS Ministries in 1992 on their return from Africa (www.focusministries.org), and travel worldwide, using their life stories and experiences to share the gospel with a FreshOutlookCentering Upon the Savior.

  • Debi Moore

    WORSHIP LEADER

    Debi has been involved in short-term ministry work around the world for several years and has a deep desire to "serve the servant" abroad. She loves to be involved in women's ministry conferences; teaching, speaking, encouraging, listening, praying for, and of course, leading women into God's courts with praise! Debi and her husband live in Canon City, Colorado, and own an excavation and wildland firefighting company. They are co-founders of Pearls of Education Foundation, a charity that provides education and restoration to Liberian students. Debi is the co-author of the children's book "A Girl Like Me."

  • Sarah Labriel

    RETREAT SPECIALIST

    Sarah brings years of global worker experience from her service in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and most recently in Ecuador. Sarah's life journey, marked by valleys of challenges, has cultivated in her a profound trust in the Lord. This trust, in turn, has endowed her with a natural ability to inspire hope, facilitating growth and transformation in every person she encounters. Sarah is a proud mom of two teenagers, she finds joy by taking them on adventures.

  • Dawn Atkinson-McDonald

    Dawn serves in the Chick-fil-A Learning & Development department providing learning experiences and equipping staff with critical thinking, problem solving, and caring steward skills. Dawn is a graduate of the University of Georgia, married, and a parent of two children. She enjoys reading and serving in her local church and community.

  • Stacy Bellward

    Stacy brings years of global worker experience having lived and worked on four continents and in various capacities. Stacy is a certified leadership coach, Bible Study teacher, award-winning author, wife to Paul and mom of 2 college-aged young adults. She speaks and podcasts for Connected Families. Stacy is learning in ever-increasing ways to trust God with it all.

  • Jessica Bowe

    Jessica is a stay-at-home mom of three young kids, a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and Pastor's wife. She and her husband served and helped establish a discipleship training program for young adults in Texas, though they have lived in Washington State most of their lives. She enjoys serving on the women's leadership team at her church. Jessica's desire is to always nudge people to Jesus and remind them of His deep and personal care for them.

  • Pam Duffee

    Pam brings 30 yrs of worship leading and musicianship to contribute to the ministry of Azmera. She also has participated in short-term trips to Guatemala and Uganda, both as a musician and as part of a medical team as an RN. She is a mom of 3 grown children and a grandma of 1. She has a lot of life experiences from which to relate and encourage other women facing life’s many challenges.

  • Nan Goodenow

    Nan has a desire to help others, especially women, to discover a Christ-centered perspective in the midst of life's circumstances. She has learned to fall back into the loving, faithful arms of Jesus after the loss of her 3 ½-year-old son, Zachery, and the loss of her husband and best friend Gary. She has seen how God “restores the years the locust have eaten” and discovered the abundant faithfulness and kindness of Jesus. She is overjoyed by the graciousness of God who blended together a family built on Christ of Yours, Mine, and Someone else's along with Max and Mabel her sweet grandchildren!

  • Gi Gi Horrell

    Gi Gi is co-founder with her husband, Stan, of MissioCare Collective (MCC). MCC is a Member Care Ministry working with Global Kingdom workers around the world. Gi Gi has a deep passion to see women flourish in all God has created for them to be. She has a heart to see Kingdom workers remain spiritually, relationally, emotionally, and physically healthy so that the Good News of Christ is proclaimed throughout the Nations. Gi Gi was a small business owner for 28 years. She is a speaker, Bible teacher, seeker of a deeper prayer life with Jesus, wife, mother, and grandmother.

  • Britney Lovett

    Britney is a mother of 3 boys from Austin, Texas and now lives in Peachtree City, GA. She has a Master's degree in Business from The University of Georgia and is currently a Data Analyst. She is passionate about Christ and serves as a local Sunday School teacher with her husband Eddie. Britney enjoys traveling, reading, writing and spending time with her family

  • Rosslyn Singleton

    Rosslyn and her husband Marcus have been married for 20 years and live in Charlotte, NC with their two teenage sons. Rosslyn has served across several industries: higher education, non-profit, television, and now with Chick-fil-A. She has her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Student Services. Rosslyn is passionate about helping people navigate new paths in life, supporting and encouraging women, and healthy marriages. She enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and supporting the performing arts.

  • June Strickler

    June is an author, speaker, and women’s ministry leader. She and her husband live in Washington state and serve on their church’s Global Opportunities Team, with an emphasis on missionary care. More importantly, she is grateful to know Jesus. June’s experience in the legal field, county administration, local and global church ministries, crisis intervention, and the home has added depth and insight into her love of women. With decades of witnessing spiritual victories arising from ashes, she thrills in sharing God’s flagrant and compelling truths for today—and the long haul.

  • Gina Tucker

    Gina has worked for Chick-fil-A for 14 years, currently as an Operations Liaison in Field Operations. As an Atlanta native, Gina has strong ties to her community and church. She serves in various volunteer positions, such as teaching Vacation Bible School and serving at the local food bank. Gina has been married to her husband, Fred, for 15 years and has one daughter, Samarah, age 10. Spending quality time with family and friends and serving others through church and community fill her cup in order to pour into those who need it most.

  • Kristin Waddy

    Kristin has been married to Josh for 24 years in November and they have two young adult children, Reagan 18, and Ryker almost 20. They live in Enterprise, AL, where Josh is owner/operator of a Chick-fil-A. She has been a part of numerous projects with many different ministries. Azmera has been one of her favorite and life-giving ministries I’ve had the privilege to serve alongside.

  • Andi Walters

    Andi's journey sharing the love of Jesus with women began years ago with MOPS. Now residing in Centralia, WA, she and her husband Bob have "retired" from education. Andi has a passion for the Word of God and leads a women's Bible study group. She is also involved in the women's ministry and global workers team at her church. Andi and Bob have led numerous teams to Mexico, building homes with Homes of Hope. She takes pride in her three grown boys, cherishes her wonderful daughter-in-law, and delights in her role as a new grandma to Lawson.
