Peg Forrest
MAIN SPEAKER
Peg’s passion is for living out her calling to teach and disciple women of all ages, whether through the spoken or written word. Peg leans on her years of “on-the-job-training” as a global worker in Kenya, counselor, bible study teacher, and Dean of Women at Arizona Christian University to share Jesus-relevant stories that draw women into deeper intimacy and a more secure identity in their Savior. Peg considers herself a simple woman with a simple message to which ladies everywhere can relate and be encouraged.

Christina Carter
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Having served overseas for 15 years with Cru (12 yrs in Kazakhstan), Christina understands the value of being nurtured, loved, and encouraged while living abroad. She has managed retreats for women serving overseas in over 15 countries. She is passionate about mobilizing believers for what God is doing overseas. When attaining her Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism and Marketing, she never imagined God’s great plans for her. She loves being a wife to Andy and a mom to 3 MK's Holly, Curran, and Ian.

Becca Gray
BOARD PRESIDENT & STATESIDE SUMMIT MANAGER
Becca and her husband, Paul, used to live in Ethiopia where they worked and served at a hospital. Becca knows firsthand many of the challenges that come with ministry, and she is passionate about serving people in local or overseas ministry. They currently live in Fort Worth, Texas with their three children: Nathan, Lydia, and Elizabeth. Becca has a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in Cross-Cultural Ministries and she spends her time volunteering for her kids’ schools, their church, and Azmera.

Liz Kamper
STATESIDE SUMMIT ASSISTANT
Liz recently moved to the United States after spending 11 years living, serving, and learning in Costa Rica with her husband and 4 kids. She is excited about walking with women, both abroad and stateside to strengthen, encourage, and provide spaces to process what God is doing in their lives. She loves rainy season, creating, and talking about how great Jesus is.

Tracy Adreon
Tracy is honored to serve alongside others to encourage and refresh women serving overseas. She recently retired from IBM where she focused on equipping others to succeed through marketing and sales. She is from Evergreen, CO, and attends Rockland Community Church as an elder, Bible study teacher, communion server, and scripture reader. Tracy loves encouraging and leading others and in her free time, she can usually be found outdoors hiking, playing tennis, or reading. She shares two daughters Nicole (26) and Elise (24) with her husband Jim.

Kari Berglund
Kari lives in Littleton, CO but can also be found exploring in her camper van with her dog Lucy. She has 3 adult children who are married and 3 grandsons. Kari loves to come alongside women in their faith journey through prayer, encouragement, and Bible study. She has many global worker friends and loves partnering with what God is doing around the world in any way she can. In her free time, she pursues photography and anything crafty.

Faith DeLaCour
Faith has over 20 years of experience as a leader in global worker care, first in Japan with Asian Access and until her recent retirement, as the Chief People Officer for SIM USA. As a People Care and Leadership mentor, she continues to champion the need for intentional screening, quality preparation, ongoing care, and responsible stewardship of global workers sent by organizations and churches.

Nan Goodenow
Nan has a desire to help others, especially women, to discover a Christ-centered perspective in the midst of life's circumstances. She has learned to fall back into the loving, faithful arms of Jesus after the loss of her 3 ½-year-old son, Zachery, and the loss of her husband and best friend Gary. She has seen how God “restores the years the locust have eaten” and discovered the abundant faithfulness and kindness of Jesus. She is overjoyed by the graciousness of God who blended together a family built on Christ of Yours, Mine, and Someone else's along with Max and Mabel her sweet grandchildren!

Ann Heinrich
Jesus surprised Ann by giving her a love for women in the field, in just the past few years. She was the licensed counselor for the crew of Mercy Ship's AFM and served in West Africa and the Canaries from 2016-2019, seeing first-hand the needs of women serving Jesus in a unique way. She is a former teaching director of Community Bible Study and has a private counseling practice. She now lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband of many years! They have raised a crew of 6 kids, birth, adopted and guardianship and are the proud grandparents to 12.

Annette Nicholl
Annette Nicholl served with CRU campus ministry for 20 years, 8 Years in Irkutsk, Russia. Currently, she and her husband Spencer serve in Member Care for Samaritans Purse and direct a small ministry in Ohio City Colorado called Big Horn Ministries. Their mission is to help people take their next step in life and toward Christ. They offer a place in their remote Colorado location for respite and rest for those who are in crisis, burned out, or just need a break. Her passion is to help women get back to a listening place with the Lord. She has three grown children; Andrew, Kayla and Kate.

Brenda Nickerson
Brenda has experienced God traveling with her through many transitions living and serving in Canada, Europe, and the US. She served alongside her husband for many years as a global worker and in youth ministry and is now a spiritual director. She finds joy in walking alongside women in any season in life or ministry, seeking the Lord together for discernment and deepening. New to Fort Worth Texas, she is now loving living close to 2 of her children and 3 grandkiddos!

Jamie Suel
Jamie’s passion is to create space for people to stand in the light of God’s love and grace, throw off what hinders, and live fully the life for which they were created! One of the primary avenues she gets to do this for the past seven years is through being the Care & Development Director at via (vianations.org). She and her husband and 5 children served in Kenya for 7 years. She now has 3 grandchildren and calls Texas home, but loves getting to travel to visit face to face and lead retreats with people serving overseas.

Priscilla Young
Priscilla is an adult “third culture kid” – born in Panama, raised in Ethiopia, and served for a number of years in Eastern Europe. She and her husband have partnered in ministry for more than 40 years, encouraging men and women around the world to fully engage in the mission of God. She recently completed chaplaincy training and uses the term “relational chaplain” to describe her ministry of coming alongside and providing pastoral care and encouragement to whomever God places in her path. Her home in Littleton, CO is a place of vibrant hospitality, and her great joy is traveling to visit her three children and seven (and counting) grandchildren.
