Azmera CYPRUS Haven Retreat 2024 | Prayer Calendar (October 31-November 6)
Welcome to our Prayer space!
We are in Cyprus this week for the next Haven Retreat! Please join us as we continue to pray over each woman volunteering and attending. Take your time and allow the Lord to speak direction and give you the words to pray as you read through these prayer suggestions. And as always, may you be refreshed, encouraged, and challenged as you spend time in His good presence.
Thursday, October 31
Pray for Christina as she leads another Haven Retreat. Pray she will be rested and energized each day, and that she will have focus and sensitivity with this new set of volunteers and women attending. Ask for clarity, humility, and ears and heart attuned to the Lord’s voice and leading.
Pray for Sarah as she coordinates this retreat and manages the needs of the Connection Crew as well as the details of the retreat overall. Pray for peace of mind, a sensitive spirit, and boldness in leading.
Pray for C as she leads Bible studies for several different groups of women throughout each month. Pray she would have wisdom, discernment, and focus as she builds relationships with each woman, and that she would be able to separate the needs of each group as she switches gears between them. Ask that she would take time for herself to spend time with the Lord and would hear the words of truth and direction He speaks to her.
Pray for D as she attends this Haven Retreat with her mother, that their time together will be sweet and fulfilling for both of them. Ask that she would have a soft heart and open ears, to hear and receive what the Lord has for her during this time. Pray for clarity and peace as she seeks direction and looks forward to the next season of life.
Pray for E as she prepares for the transition from ministry to motherhood (first baby due in December!). Pray for continued health and safety for her and her baby, as well as peace over her heart and mind as she begins to switch focus and priorities in her personal and ministry life. Ask for support from those around her, as well as vision and hope for future ministries and relationships as the stage of life shifts for her in significant ways.
Pray for S and her husband as they live and minister in a country away from their three young adult children. Ask that they would maintain good communication and relationship with their children from the distance they’re at, that they would know peace that God is with their children and is guiding each of them as they walk through life. Pray for their youngest daughter as she adjusts to life in university, that she would make good friends and continue to walk with the Lord as she finds her way in life and becomes confident and bold in who she is.
